Conditions for rental vehicles
• Minimum 22 years of age
• Minimum 2 years of possession of driver's license and seeing is required
• Required identification - ID card or the passport is required
• Mandatory credit card as a deposit
In our rental car we offer two basic tariff packages depending on the type and brand of cars.
1. First group
• Daily rental vehicles with 100 km included
• Over 100 km passed is charged later by km depending on the type of vehicle
2. Second group
• price lease with included 100 km you can go in one day
• lease price, which includes limited mileage
After returning vehicles we will imput favorable rates for You in relation to the number of overrun kilometers.
The length of lease
• Minimum length of lease is 1 day (24 hours)
• Time to download and return the vehicle must bethe same.We are tolarated only 60 minutes delay by returning of vehicle .After the time of return is exceeded 60 minutes, the new rate for an additional day of lease is automatically added .
Payment and deposit
•Rental cars is to be paid when the return of vehicles only with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Dina, Diners, AMEX) or payment to the account (legal persons)
•Deposit for the duration of the lease is required. Deposit can be claimed only by credit Cards.Cash deposit are not accepted .
• Deposit is determined on the basis of the length of lease vehicles and includes the full tank of fuel.
Download and return the vehicle
•The vehicle can be downloaded in one of our offices. It is the delivery and return of vehicles outside the business (hotel, home address, company, etc..) with extra charge is possible also
• The vehicle can be downloaded and return outside working hours with extra charge.
• ONE-WAY DOMESTIC RENT in
• ONE-WAY INTERNATIONAL RENT hire is available with extra charge depending on the distance. By takeover and the return of vehicles, be sure to sign the form of the state of the vehicle.
Fuel and other costs
• The car is supplied with a full tank and fuel costs are provided on your own. If you do not return the car with a full tank, spent fuel will be charged according to the official prices of EKO fuel pumps.
• Parking, garaging, penals for traffic violations as well as all other costs that are not regular expenses are defraied by the regular USER.
• The user will be charged for the cost of transporting damaged vehicles, idle or stopping of vehicles during the repair and loss of income by the vehicle during the same period. The amount of damages due to inactivity (standing) vehicles while in service or on our land - parking waiting for the minutes will be charged per month to rent the same, as in the case of theft until it is delivered to another vehicle.
Insurance of vehicles
CDW(Collision Damage Waiver).Damage insurance with participation in harms
Purchased this insurance is required.
Liability for damage to the rented vehicle and according to the third party is limited to certain maximum amount, which is related to rented group of vehicles.That amount is included in the mandatory contract lease cars.
This insurance DOES NOT COVER damage caused in the interior of vehicles, damage to tires and wheels, damage to the lower trap, broken and / or lost key, damages incurred by tanking the wrong types of fuel and damage incurred consciously or disregard.
All the listed damage will be charged the full amount when the vehicle returned.
When the vehicle returns, state vehicles will verify the client and our employee together and compare it with state vehicles during the download.
Each state change vehicle new which implies all damage will be recorded in the form VCF (report on the state of vehicles) and signed mutually.
TP (Theft Protection) Insurance is from the theft with participation in damages.
Purchase this insurance is required.
Responsibility for the theft of vehicles or vehicle parts (tires, stereos, etc..) is limited to certain maximum amount, which is linked to the group of rented vehicle.That amount is included in the mandatory contract lease vehicles.
This insurance DOES NOT APPLY and the Customer takes full responsibility of 100% of compensation if the car is stolen and when the key and traffic allowed are not returned from the car, then the Kasko insurance automatically cease to apply.
LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) .Total insurance (Kasko)
Purchased this insurance is not required.
Total insurance (Kasko) purchase liability is reduced to the minimum prescribed amount of the damage / theft of vehicles.
This insurance DOES NOT COVER damage caused in the interior of vehicles, damage to tires and wheels, damage to the lower trap, broken and / or lost key, damages incurred by tanking the wrong types of fuel and damage incurred consciously or disregard.
All listed damage will be charged the full amount when the vehicle returned.

Other
Customer sets free "Byzantio Kesidis Group" any responsibility for theft, damage and loss of property that transporting the vehicle at the time of the lease of vehicle and after is restored vehicle from the lease.
POLICE RECORD IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TYPES OF INSURANCES!
No police record, the full amount of damages and / or theft will be charged to the client, regardless of the type of insurance YOU bought.
Record is necessary to make even in cases where the client was not there when the damage vehicles is done. (Example:vehicle was damaged in the parking byf the NN individuals.)
ACTS in the case of an accident, damage and theft of vehicles
Customer is obliged to act in the following way:
1 IMMEDIATLY notify the police and Byzantio Kesidis Group about the event and to act according to their instructions
2. To record information about other participants in the accident
3. To populate the report on the accident / damage when returning vehicles
4. To write a short statement which will describe the causes and the circumstances in which the accident occurred / damage
ABROAD
•Use of vehicles across the borders of
• If a user leaves the country without the consent of Byzantio Kesidis Group rent a car and when it came to damage / theft of vehicles, the user will be charged the full amount of estimated damage, or market value of vehicle
•On the customer request Byzantio Kesidis Group Rent a Car issued a green card for
BANS AND UNAUTHORIZED CAR MANAGE
IT IS FORBIDDEN to travel bu rented car to the following states and territories:
Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kosovo,
Vehicle may not be used for pulling other vehicles, to sports competitions, in the illegal purposes (eg. the execution of criminal acts, customs violations, etc..), If it is reloaded, or if there is more passengers than allowed by technical documentation for that type of vehicle, as well as for the transport of animals, easy irritabled and explosive materials, materials with the reek and materials that can shaped in any way damage the interior of the vehicle.
No vehicle is to be managed by the influence of alcohol, drugs, and drugs.
In these cases, insurance DOES NOT APPLY - the client will be charged the full amount of damage / theft.
Rental car can be run only person who is registered as a driver in the contract of lease vehicles. Allows the opportunity to sign one additional driver, with the approval of Byzantio Kesidis Group, by taking over the vehicle.
It is forbidden to give a rented car for use of unauthorized persons which implies persons not listed in the rental contract.In these cases, insurance DOES NOT APPLY - the customer will be charged the full amount of damage / theft.
Responsibility
Mutual rights and obligations of Byzantio Kesidis Group rent a car as those who rent, and you as Customer are precisely regulated by rental agreement that is signed during the taking over the vehicle.
